Ina Prugo, Vice President Reinusrance

Ina started her career with Zurich in 1973 as a Property/Casualty underwriter and has since moved through several positions leading to her current role as Vice President Resinsurance. 

Ina is responsible for relationship and local reinsurance market management supporting Business Unit ceded reinsurance including analysis, placement and negotiation of an optimal and cost-effective reinsurance program.  She is the local expert, providing specific underwriting guidelines, as it relates to reinsurance. Ina manages natural hazards exposure risk management, reinsurance process and administration, and ensures compliance with regulatory and Corporate Risk Management guidelines relating to reinsurance. She has a B.A. from York University and attended the Kellog Management Development program at Northwestern University.
