Remediation Stop-Loss (RSL)

Remediation Stop-Loss (RSL) enables insureds to mitigate the inherent risk and uncertainty of environmental remediation projects by securing coverage for remediation costs that exceed a designated self-insured retentions (SIR) for the covered project.

The RSL policy addresses the special needs of commercial real estate owners, managers, investors, developers and others involved with remediating environmentally impaired property (Brownfields).
