- Customer Metrics Reports: Customer Metrics reports help customers analyze the performance of their international insurance programs with respect to implementation and processing (e.g., issuance of policy/invoice, premium payment or claims reporting).
- Customized Loss Runs: The customized services team has capabilities to tailor system generated loss runs that meet a customer’s specific business needs.
- Risk Intelligence: This powerful web-based system provides customers with online access to their company’s claims information through standard or customized reports.
- Benchmarking Reports: These reports allow customers to benchmark their company’s data with industry average values.
- Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA): QRA is based on a customer’s loss history. It helps customers better understand the nature of their risks as defined by the frequency and severity of losses sustained in the past.
