- Summer schedule – Starting the last Friday in May, all employees can stop work two hours early on Fridays, based on their regular work schedule.

What does the recruitment process look like?
1. Online application
Submit your application via the Zurich Careers Page. If your skills and experience align with the criteria of the role, a member of the Talent Acquisition Team will connect with you.
2. Interview
If you have been shortlisted, you will be invited to attend a virtual or in person interview. Depending on the role, you may be required to complete additional assessments during the interview process. This will be confirmed by your Talent Acquisition Team.
3. References and background screening
If you’re successful following the interview process, we will request references and initiate background screening.
4. Offer
Welcome to Zurich! A verbal offer will be extended followed by an employment contract.
