As Head of Broker Management for Zurich Canada, Corinne Airth is responsible for driving the execution of the company’s growth strategy and the strategic management of our distribution partners across Zurich Canada businesses nationally. Her role includes translating business objectives into clearly defined cases, costs or schedules; leading implementation of projects, systems and processes; monitoring performance and identifying consistent non-compliance issues escalated by other team members; and highlighting patterns for senior members of the team to address. Airth works to leverage appropriate tools to improve sales effectiveness and build targeted opportunities, working cross-functionally with colleagues and distributors to drive growth for the business, helping strengthen collaboration with distributors to best serve our mutual customers, Airth joined Zurich Canada in 2011 and previously served as National Broker Relationship Leader and Business Development Leader for the Central Region.
Educational background
Airth received a diploma from Mohawk College in marketing co-op business administration. She also holds a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada.
