Alain Jullienne

Skills and experience

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Alain Jullienne is responsible for Zurich Canada’s financial strategy, performance, and capital management. He plays a key role in supporting the continued growth and financial strength of the business.

Jullienne brings more than 25 years of global finance and accounting experience within the financial services industry, having worked across South Africa, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Prior to joining Zurich, he served as Chief Financial Officer at BOXX Insurance, where he helped scale the business and supported its successful acquisition by Zurich. He has also held progressive finance and strategic leadership roles, including serving as interim CFO at Aviva Canada.

Educational background

Jullienne is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and holds an Honours Degree in Accounting Science.
