Jeff Tinker serves as the Business Development Leader, Distribution and Regional Management for Canada’s West. He is responsible for delivering profitable growth in the region while putting the customer at the centre of Zurich’s business. His role includes working closely with distribution partners to promote Zurich's value proposition, create business plans and facilitate positive business relationships between all key stakeholders. Tinker joined Zurich in 2008 upon immigrating to Canada. He has over 21 years of insurance industry experience. Prior to joining Zurich, he worked as a Senior Actuarial Analyst for nine years at a commercial insurance company in London, England, and before that as a Claims Broker for a large reinsurance broker based in the UK.
