A trusted advisor to executive leadership, Lankin is recognized for her expertise in complex transactions, regulatory strategy, and enterprise risk management. She builds strong relationships with federal and provincial regulators across Canada, supporting pragmatic, transparent decision-making in a complex regulatory environment.
Before moving into legal leadership roles in multinational insurance, Lankin spent the first 10 years of her career at Stikeman Elliott LLP, one of Canada’s leading corporate law firms.
Educational background
Lankin holds an LL.B. from the University of Windsor, an Honours B.A. in Psychology from Brock University, and a Certified Information Privacy Professional designation (CIPP/C).
