Paul Jackson is a versatile insurance executive with over 25 years of international experience in building and leading high-performance businesses across Canada, the UK, and Asia Pacific.

As Chief Executive Officer of Zurich Canada, Jackson brings a strategic vision shaped by a career spanning senior leadership roles in underwriting, claims, pricing, distribution, and marketing.

Prior to joining Zurich, Jackson served as Chief Operating Officer at a leading Canadian insurer, where he spearheaded a comprehensive enterprise transformation, positioning the company for long-term strategic growth. His earlier career includes a decade at Aviva, where he held executive roles in Canada, Singapore, and the UK, including Vice President of Distribution and Head of General Insurance.

Jackson has been at the forefront of enterprise strategy development and operating model transformation, with broad P&L experience in both dividend and growth businesses.

Educational background

Jackson is an alumnus of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Sunderland.
